Know what's happening
on the ground—
before it's a problem.
Operations teams lose track of contractor quality and tanker compliance because field inspections are inconsistent and hard to review after the fact. We built two separate products to fix that.
- Site Inspection & Contractor Performance — for House Connections, built for operations and regulatory teams overseeing field contractors.
- Tanker Inspection & Permit Management — for Drinking Water, Sewage, and Treated Effluent Tankers, built for operations and regulatory teams overseeing tanker operators.
Site Inspection & Contractor Performance
The problem: Operations teams often can't tell which contractors are doing consistent, compliant work until something goes wrong on site.
What we built: Inspection-led performance scoring that gives operations teams clear, comparable records of contractor delivery. Future work orders are assigned based on that performance record, and results are visible to regulators as well.

Tanker Inspection & Permit Management
The problem: Drinking water, sewage, and treated effluent tankers currently operate with no formal inspection process—there's no way to confirm a tanker is compliant before it's on the road.
What we built: A structured inspection process that brings tankers into compliance and issues a QR-code-enabled permit to operate—covering drinking water, sewage, and treated effluent tanker operations. Scan the QR code to see a tanker's live compliance status at any time.
